Free shipping on all orders over $150

All orders shipped via Canada Post. A flat rate for regular parcel deliveries will be added at checkout and additional charges for Xpresspost.

Shipping varies from 2-12 business days within Canada as a regular parcel.

Xpresspost 1-4 business days depending on geographic location. Additional charges will be applied.

Orders are shipped and delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If order is processed on a statutory holiday, shipment will be placed on the following business day. Please note, due to covid-19 there is the possibility of further delays for deliveries depending on Canada Post. Delays may also occur in the case of extreme weather conditions.

For international deliveries outside of Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

NOTE: Product may solidify during shipping process or if stored in cooler temperatures; store at room temperature before use whenever this occurs. Crystallization can occur due to the nature of tropical oils; however none of these changes in texture impact the performance of the hair oil.
